We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated refrigerated operation serving customer locations throughout Colorado and southern Wyoming.

This position offers consistent dedicated freight, late-model automatic equipment, and daily home-time.

PAY & EARNINGS:
  • Drivers average approximately $1,300–$1,800 per week.
  • $1.41 CPM, Approximately $73,000–$82,000+ annually.
  • $25 stop pay.
  • Weekly pay.
  • Consistent dedicated freight.

Actual earnings vary based on experience, assigned routes, miles, stops, and other applicable compensation factors.

ROUTE & FREIGHT:
Drivers transport refrigerated freight to established customer locations throughout Colorado and southern Wyoming.

You can expect:
  • Approximately 13-18 delivery stops per week.
  • Dedicated refrigerated freight.
  • Combination of live unload and drop-and-hook deliveries (No Touch Freight).
  • Established delivery routes.
  • Mountain driving required.
  • Automatic equipment.

HOME TIME:
Home time is based on your domicile and available route assignment.

Home Daily:
Dispatch 1am-4am or 11am-1pm: Early-morning shifts, Night, evening may be available depending on operational needs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must:
  • Have a valid Class A CDL.
  • Have at least 6 months of recent, verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
  • Be at least 22 years old.
  • Meet applicable DOT qualification requirements.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
